Donna Shorten, Office Manager

Donna joined Comprehensive Hearing Services in November of 2023. She brings with her 30 yrs of experience in provider, facility, and medical account management. She is a certified medical coder. As someone with severe hearing loss, she can personally attest to the impact hearing aids can have on quality of life.

Donna spends her free time enjoying all Montana outdoor activities along with her family and three faith canine companions. She is blessed to have her six children and seventeen grandchildren, all reside in and around the Helena area.
