Audiologist
Montana, over 147,000 square miles to explore — known for its beauty, recreation, and abundant wildlife. Its best held secret, however, is its people! With approximately 30,000 residents, Helena, the State capitol, is situated within a picturesque valley showcasing mountainous views in all directions. Our privately-owned audiology practice has been in business over 40 years. Are you an Audiologist looking for adventure?
This position is responsible for administering diagnostic audiological evaluations, including impedance measures, tinnitus evaluation, and other evaluations as needed. The Audiologist will counsel patients regarding evaluation results and review options with the patient. The Audiologist performs hearing aid testing, selection and fitting to all populations, as well as presenting pricing and the sale of hearing aids as part of the patient education process.
The successful candidate will be licensed or able to be licensed in the State of Montana, although consideration will be given to 4th year Externs. In addition to their adventurous nature, they will need strong interpersonal skills; be highly organized; able to prioritize and handle a high volume of patients; work well independently or within a team environment; and able to interact professionally with patients, physicians, and team members.

Office Manager
The Office Manager will be responsible for front office staff, answering questions regarding billing, insurance claims, payroll and advertising promotions. The Office Manager acts as back up for the Patient Care Coordinator and may greet patients, answer the phones, schedule appointments, complete administrative processing and recordkeeping. The position supports the mission of the clinic by demonstrating excellent patient care and incorporating telemarketing and patient retention calls as needed.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:
- Performs 1×1 meetings, leads team meetings, goal setting, coaching, etc.
- Back up Patient Care Team; answer phones promptly and courteously, converting inquiries into scheduled appointments.
- Distribute necessary forms, enter, and update patient information, handle invoices, receive and process payments.
- Maintains office supplies and ordering, opens mail, and other office administration duties.
- Serve as liaison between practice owner and staff.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with patients, vendors, and colleagues.

- 2+ years Office Experience is required. Medical office experience is nice to have but not required.

Qualifications & Duties:
- Must be high school graduate. Preferred billing or equivalent work experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse patient, colleague, and vendor population. This includes listening, and problem-solving skills
- Strong background in insurance claims, including submitting appropriate information to insurance carriers, and requests third party authorization as needed
- Posts charges, returns, and exchanges in the accounting system, Re-issues bills if account is 30 days overdue
- Must be able to organize time and prioritize numerous duties within strict deadlines
- Requires the ability to deal with numerous interruptions
- Retrieves phones messages and prioritizes return phone calls
- Answers Medicare, private insurance, and other insurance questions for patients
- Must engage with patients in a caring and respectful manner
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
